I’m a natural living, trying-to-be-green mama. And I have a disgusting habit: I smoke when I drink. This behavior is shocking to anyone who knows me: our family eats organic whenever possible, shops locally, and are moving toward a sustainable homestead. But I smoke. Never around my children (like I said, only when I drink)…yet I also want to be *around* for the kids. That’s my New Year’s Resolution.
I mean, if I quit for my pregnancies, why not quit for a better life for all of us?
I’m a SAHM and artist and this year I plan on doing more arts/crafts projects with recycled/found materials. I’ve signed up to participate in a mail art doll swap using only recycled materials and am looking forward to the challenge as well as seeing what everyone else in the swap makes. This site always gives me such wonderful ideas!
