I’m already registered and I took the survey, but I wasn’t sure how you could relate who took the survey to the registered accounts.
I have to agree w/ Amy . . . I’m already registered w/ feedblitz but was confused as to how you can tell if I (we) took the survey…
Hi Amy and Tara (& everyone else who is confused about this)-
I’m apologize that I didn’t make this more clear when I first published this post. The survey will ask you for your email address, and you need to fill in the email address question for me to be able to track you for the prize giveaway. The email address should also match the email address that you have registered with Inhabitots.
If you want to be on the safe side, leave your name and email in the final question of the survey with the words ‘I want the bag’

I did the survey and would LOVE this bag. However, I did not read the comments to see that I had to add my email to the final question and did not see where I was to enter my email with the survey.
