Dreaming of owning beachfront property during these scorching summer months? Make believe the tide is turning in your favor with the latest diminutive dwelling from Brinca Dada: Dylan House. An airy design enables interactive play from every angle, while the breezy layout allows for endless ocean views and simple living. Alas, if only we could be five inches tall for a few hours of respite! “Inspired by the minimalist masterpieces of Paul Rudolph and Tadao Ando,” five living spaces on three levels, and a green roof patio make this abode the perfect backdrop for indoor/outdoor parties on a tiny, yet grand scale!
Comprised of eco-friendly MDF and painted with non-toxic, lead free paints, Dylan House will introduce your little one to sophisticated design that is also sustainably crafted. If your tot’s in the market for a town home instead, don’t miss Brinca Dada’s Bennett House.

I bought the Dylan House and may have received a dud. There were screw holes where there should not have been and holes missing where they were needed. The stairs were made backward and lacked the dowels to attach them. There are ugly visible screws on the roof which they do not show in their illustrations. Furthermore, it is near impossible to find furniture in the 3/4″ scale (Elf makes a few things). I’m afraid that it was overall a bit disappointing.
