1. Gather the ingredients
- 2 medium organic bananas
- 1/2 cup of dark chocolate (make sure to choose vegan chocolate, if you wish)
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons of shredded coconut
2. Slice the bananas
Slice the bananas into 1/2-inch to 3/4-inch rounds and place them in a single layer on a metallic tray or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Make tiny banana sandwiches
For a sweeter and stickier result, stack the bananas with peanut butter, caramel or anything you desire. Leave the tray in the freezer for about two hours, until they are stone cold.
