What you will need:
- 1/2 cup vegan butter
- 3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup vegan graham crackers (about 10 squares)
- 1/4 cup organic brown sugar
- 2 cups vegan carob or nondairy chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- peanuts, carob chia chunks or almonds for garnish
Step 1: Make the Peanut Butter Filling
Add the butter, peanut butter, graham crackers and sugar to a saucepan and stir over medium heat.
Step 2: Make the Chocolate Topping
Heat the carob or non-dairy chips and almond milk until the chocolate chips are melted.
Step 3: Prepare the Muffin Tins
Place a cupcake liner in the bottom of 12 cup muffin tin.
