HOW TO: Make Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

What you will need:

  • 1/2 cup vegan butter
  • 3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup vegan graham crackers (about 10 squares)
  • 1/4 cup organic brown sugar
  • 2 cups vegan carob or nondairy chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • peanuts, carob chia chunks or almonds for garnish

Step 1: Make the Peanut Butter Filling

Add the butter, peanut butter, graham crackers and sugar to a saucepan and stir over medium heat.

Step 2: Make the Chocolate Topping

Heat the carob or non-dairy chips and almond milk until the chocolate chips are melted.

Step 3: Prepare the Muffin Tins

Place a cupcake liner in the bottom of 12 cup muffin tin.
