Step 1: Gather the Ingredients

For the shortcake biscuits

  • 1 3/4 cups organic flour
  • 3/4 cup organic soy milk
  • 3 tablespoons vegan butter
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon organic vinegar

For the topping

  • 1 can organic coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons organic powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • strawberries

Step 2: Preheat + Prepare

Preheat the oven to 450°. Line a baking sheet with either parchment paper or a reusable silicone mat.

Step 3: Sift it!

Sift the organic flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together until they are well mixed. Then, add the vegan butter and mix until you get a crumbly texture.
