HOW TO: Make organic sculpting clay in 4 simple steps using 4 ingredients!

#1: Gather the Ingredients

  • 2 cups organic baking soda
  • 2 cups organic cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • natural food colorants

#2: Mix and Stir

Over medium heat, add the baking soda and cornstarch to a medium-sized saucepan. Slowly add the cold water and start to stir. Be patient, it takes about 10 minutes to get the consistency that is required — which is close to the consistency of mashed potatoes.

#3: Remove and Cool

Dump the mixture onto a counter top, cover with a damp towel and let the mixture cool enough that you can knead it.
