Everyone gets a sweet tooth every now and then, and these yummy organic peanut butter chocolate chip cookies hit the spot! The great thing about this recipe is that you can alter it to your liking. If your kiddo is allergic to peanut butter you can leave it out or use almond butter. You can also substitute the chocolate chips for carob chips, nuts, dried fruit, or even oats. You can even try different flours like oat flour, coconut flour, or whole wheat flour.
