No Bake Organic Pumpkin Ball Ingredients
- 1/2 cup organic pumpkin
- 1 cup organic oats
- 1/4 cup organic raisins
- 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
- 1 tsp organic vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Step 1: Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine oats, raisins, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Step 2: Mix Wet Ingredients
Add the pumpkin and vanilla to your dry ingredients. Stir completely then form into small balls. You can eat immediately, chill in the fridge, and even bake at 350 for 15 minutes for a more chewy ball. Kiwi Crate suggests adding a whipped cream cheese topping or even chocolate chips!
