HOW TO: Make Healthy Green Monster Juice

1. Gather the ingredients

  • 1 red apple
  • half a cucumber (peeled)
  • 1 branch of celery
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • pinch of mixed leaves
  • 2 prunes

2. Chop chop chop

After the fruit and vegetables are washed, start chopping them up into small pieces.

3. Get Every Last Drop

To make the most of the oranges, instead of squeezing them, remove their peels and chop them up into big chunks. Don’t worry about the seeds too much.
