Crispy and very tasty, these nibbles will melt in your mouth and are a great way to include healthy algaes into your diet. Sea vegetables are an excellent source of iodine, iron, calcium and vitamin K, as well as a very good source of the B-vitamin folate and magnesium, so it’s worth to give them a go! Eat them warm, take them to the office or munch them away through the day, they are fun, quick and simple to make, and you will only need three ingredients: nori sheets, sesame oil and sesame seeds.
1. Gather the ingredients
- 3 sheets of roasted nori
- 2 Tbsp of sesame oil, or as needed
- 2 Tbsp of sesame seeds, or as needed
2. Cut the nori
Cut the nori sheets in small squares using sharp scissors. The subtle vertical lines you’ll see on the sheets can be used as a guide.
3. Prepare the sesame oil
To apply the sesame oil to each of the nori squares you could use a brush or sparse some on a plate, whichever is more fun for your kids.
