- 1 whole organic pineapple
- 1/2 cup organic coconut milk
- 1/4 cup organic sugar
- juice from 1/4 of an organic lime
Step 2: Core and Cut the Pineapple
Core the pineapple and cut the rings into 4 smaller pieces.
