This fall craft is super fun and can keep kids busy for an hour or two. You most likely already have all of the supplies you need in your craft closet, and it's the perfect excuse for getting outside, enjoying the fall colors and taking a hike with your children. Read on for the simple directions for making a set of these animal alphabet cards for your child's bedroom.
Step 1: Gather Your Supplies
- recycled plain paper
- pressed leaves
Step 2: Get Creative
Spread all of the pressed leaves out onto the table, have your child get creative by looking at the different leaves and seeing what animals he/she can create by arranging the leaves in different orders.
Step 3: Create the Cards
Use the scissors to cut your recycled paper into equal sized card shapes. You can make them different sizes depending on whether you will be hanging them on a wall as art or if you are doing an entire alphabet to display as decor in your child’s bedroom.
