HOW TO: Make a Vibrant & Healthy Vegan Greek Salad in Less than 10 Minutes

1. Gather the ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 200 gr. organic tofu
  • green and black olives
  • fresh oregano
  • fresh basil
  • marine salt
  • red pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil

2. Chop the onions

Wash the red onion under hot water, cut it in half, remove the skin, and chop the half into small pieces.

3. Chop the tomatoes

Continue with the tomatoes, peel them if not organic and chop them into bigger chunks. Add a pinch of salt so they start releasing their juices.

4. Chop the olives

Take the pits out if you need to, otherwise cut them in half, horizontally, so you get the cute star and red circle with a green edge into the mix.
