HOW TO: Make a Healthy Mint Chocolate Chip Shake

1. Gather the ingredients

  • a bunch of spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tsp of honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tsp of dark chocolate chips

2. Prep the avocado

Release the avocado from its skin using a spoon.

Wash and dry the mint leaves, remove the stems.
