HOW TO: Bake Vegan Pumpkin Pie Bars with Cinnamon and Maple Frosting

Dry Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 350F. Note: Makes about 12-16 bars

Combine the dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
