When Papa Daryl's 4 yr old daughter wanted to be an Android, he decided, what better than to be a charger. The adorable little Android's costume uses energy efficient, green, cold-cathode lamps in her antennae. In addition, when her costume plugs into the "charger", her antennae illuminate!

HOW TO MAKE THIS COSTUME

Step 1: Take a brown dome lid trash can and cutout the bottom, installing straps inside to hold up costume. Cut holes out on top for antennae.

Step 2: Cut up a green plush blanket and hot glue it to the trash can. Glue on white felt for the eyes.

Step 3: Install cold cathode lighting from a computer store in the trash can dome holes. Hot glue in battery holders to hold 8 AA Batteries.

Step 4: Use an empty cardboard box for the charger and cut a 9" circle on top. Paint wood slats with chrome paint to create the faux electrical plug.
