  • Green Toys Inc., a favorite award-winning green toy company here at Inhabitots, recently announced a brand new eco-friendly collection of seven toys and feeding gear accouterments for tots as young as six months. Dubbed My First Green Toys, the line was designed with the smallest tree huggers in mind, and will officially debut at the Spielwarenmesse International Toy Fair in Nuremberg, Germany February 4-9, 2010 — but we are unveiling a preview of the My First Green Toys collection here and now!

    The My First Green Toys collection includes a Stacker, a Tugboat, Blocks, Feeding Spoons, Spoon and Fork Set, and a Plate Set and Bowl Set. As with all Green Toys brand products, My First Green Toys are made locally in California from used milk containers that would otherwise end up in landfills. All toys are non-toxic and free of BPA, phthalates, and PVC. Mark your calendars, because My First Green Toys will be available for purchase in March 2010!
