Just in time to celebrate Valentine’s Day in charitable, eco fashion, gDiapers is debuting their new, limited edition “Gift of Love” gPant which features a rainbow hued print of X’s and O’s: kisses and hugs. And now, in addition to reducing your impact on the earth by cloth diapering your baby, you can support a good cause with your green lifestyle choice. A portion of the proceeds from gDiapers’ “Gift of Love” gPants will be donated to Hands to Hearts International, their global partner, to support their ongoing gift of love to women and children across the world. Hands to Hearts International saves lives by empowering women with the skills to nurture children in the most challenged regions of the world by training parents, caregivers and health workers about the simple things they can do everyday, from human touch to nutrition. Their efforts have dramatically decreased infant mortality and improved general health — and to date, the organization has touched the lives of more than 106,000 children. Laura Peterson, Founder/Director of HHI, kicked off her efforts of love in 2005, the same year that gDiapers was born. They have grown side by side, both working for babies, parents and the planet in unique, transformative ways.
