Mark your calendars: Earth Hour 2010 is this Saturday, March 27th at 8:30pm local time. This global event enables hundreds of millions of the planet’s inhabitants to unite in solidarity in a worldwide call to action against climate change. By simply turning off your lights for one hour you can involve your children in helping to protect the future of the planet by raising awareness about the threat that climate change poses to all humanity and wildlife. Visit the Earth Hour official site for kids, where children may play Earth Hour related games, take action, and learn more about climate change and endangered animals.
