What a great line of products! My daughter is 2 1/2 and has suddenly decreased her diet down to bread, cheese and fruit – ah toddlers! One of her favorites, that she will still eat, is fruit and yogurt smoothy with dairy products from a local farm.

My 15 month old son’s favorite meal is breakfast. It consists of organic yogurt, with a squeeze of flavored organic kefir, ground flaxseeds and some baby oatmeal mixed in to get it nice and thick. He loves it and gobbles it down. He could eat it all day!

Right now my 4 month old is still a breastmilk only baby, but in two more months I think we will try giving him avocado as his first solid food because it is one of the most nutritionally complete foods there is.

So many to choose from, but I think it would have to be blueberry “jello”. If you blend up blueberries in the vita-mix and then put it in the fridge for about a half hour it becomes firm like a jello. Soooooo yummy. We share a bowl almost every day!

Vegetarian lasagna that I can “hide” extra veggies in. I put pureed squash in the tomato sauce, chop up spinich, kale, and zucchini and layer it on so that even my sometimes “picky” eater will dive in develope a taste for veggies without turning up his nose.

We will start our baby first solid this month! So, no answer for that yet. Her favorite so far is breastmilk. : ) We are going to make our baby food with food mill and grains. Although we are both working, we want to make sure our baby get the best food. This would be great set to start us off!

Mac and Cheese with a twist. Gluten Free macaroni and goats milk cheddar. This is one of her weekly favorites as well as ours.

Her favorite meal is eggplant pasta. We cute eggplant into strips and saute it with garlic, tomatoes and grated parmesan cheese. She eats it like pasta.
