I would like to win this kit as a gift for my friend who is due next week! As she is a first-time mom, I would love for her to try out a sample of cloth diapers to find out which works best for her new baby boy so that they can start him out in the world with a green lifestyle.

She is an eco-conscious woman who wants to do what is best for our earth and (of course) her baby, so she would love this starter kit!

I already believe in caring for our kids by caring for their future environment. My sister is due next month and I’d love to share these with her!

I am trying to convince my husband that disposable diapers are feasible, but I need some help! I would love a chance to try out a few different types on our baby girl when she arrives in June!

You know how people are trying to be carbon-neutral? Well, I’m determined to make this baby budget-neutral as well as eco-friendly! I’ve joined freecycling groups for hand-me-downs, accepted hand-me-down maternity clothing, and plan to buy nearly everything used that I don’t receive as shower gifts. Cloth diapering is a big part of my eco/frugal plan, and it would be so helpful to get some awesome cloth diapers for free! Thanks for the giveaway!

I wanna win this, cause the minute I heard about the G-Diaper I wanted to give em a try. My wife and I are expecting a new born soon and we both really want to try and use the most eco-friendly and responsible diaper solution out there. And from what I have been told, we’ll be needing a bunch of them! I would love the chance to start with the G-Diaper from Day-1!

I love love love cloth diapers and have used them since our 18 month old son was born. People always notice his cloth dipes and we take every opportunity to rave about how easy and cost-effective they are, in addition to their environmental benefits. We are in the adoption process for our second child and NEED to get newborn size diapers. Our son was so big, he went right in the smalls, so we have no NB’s! If we win them, we will re-gift our outgrown cloth dipes to another family in need. Thank you!

This is our first child and we have no idea what to expect (in diapering and beyond). We also don’t want to spend lots on diapers she might hate.

We have a few disposables (nature baby, I think) to get us by the first few weeks, but we really want to be as environmentally responsible as we can. Having a sampler like this would help our diaper decision so much!

I am a young, soon-to-be mother in Spokane, Washington. I work for a local non-profit and my husband is a community organizer advocating for recreational trails. As you well know, non-profit work, though very rewarding, can be financially challenging for a young couple. We are working full time to make a difference in our community. If we win this sampler kit of eco-diapers, it would allow us to educate other young couples on the importance and ease of using enviromentaly friendly diapers rather than landfill-bound disposable diapers.

Our first baby is due in April and I am all about the gDiapers. I even have my husband excited to try them out. I’m a little bit nervous about washing cloth diapers, but I would definitely give it a try with this kit. Keeping my baby girl’s bottom healthy and green (but in a good way!) is a very important part of our child-rearing (hah! pun intended) plans.

Baby #2 is due in just 5 weeks and I would love to try cloth diapering to minimize our children’s impact on the Earth. We borrowed some old school cloth prefold diapers with #1 but when he had COLIC, we gave up and took the easy disposable route. I am intrigued by all three options offered by this contest and how EASY they make cloth diapering look… and how cute! Colic or no, I think I could make cloth diapering work with options like these!

My daughter is due in April. I think winning these diapers would encourage her to go green.I don’t think she would just throw them away! Hopefully it would be enought to sway her over from using disposables

‘Cause I’m broke! I’m having a baby boy in May and getting psyched for cloth diapering because it’s such a money-saver and also great for baby’s bum. I’m actually going to be using pre-folds mostly because they’re so inexpensive! That is a true testament to my brokeness, so if you’re giving away free all-in-ones I am ALL for it! Money aside, don’t even get me started on how many diapers are sitting in landfills around the world. It’s a sad state of affairs we are in, but it CAN be turned around. I’ll be influencing the minds of many a young woman who will probably have a baby in the future and hopefully start a cloth diapering revolution. Amen.

I signed up for the newsletter (and got my first one today!). I would love to win this contest because we are expecting our first baby in April and are planning to cloth diaper as exclusively as possible. We’re concerned about the environmental impact of disposables, as well as the impact on her body of all of those chemicals being on her skin 24/7. We’re working on figuring out what brand to choose (what a huge selection and number of choices there are out there!), so it would be awesome to have two different brands to try out and practice with ahead of time. I also hope to use G Diapers when we feel we have to go disposable, so having a starter pack would be just wonderful! Thanks for the chance!

I would love to win the diapers as a gift to my older brother. Him and his wife are artists and are expecting their baby in several months. They have an interest in cloth diapering but have not made any decisions yet. I’m just afraid that they may have too much going on right now and out of being busy and overwhelmed they may just buy disposables. I know this gift would be just the right thing to get them started. I am 20 weeks pregnant with our first, and G Diapers are at the top of my list of things to try first. While we take every chance we can to be green, I am worried about making the investment to get started with G Diapers since we live on such a tight budget from check to check. So this starter kit would be a wonderful jump start for us!

Be careful what you flush! G diapers are truly flushable only under certain conditions (compare ‘compostable’ fabrics which can be composted only industrially).

The only thing you should flush – other than your daily offerings at the porcelain shrine – is toilet paper.

I have a million reasons, however I will list the most important ones:

1.- I want to make an agent of change for this generation using flushable gdiapers.
2.- I want to contribute with the ecology by reducing waste
and having a clean environment in my community.
3.- I want to impact on the economy by saving the raw materials needed in making the regular diapers
4.- It will be the best valentine’s present to my wife..eversince we got married…
5.- We will be saving a lots of hard work since we don’t need to think of trashing them out once we use them we just flush them out.
6.- Our baby is only a few weeks old and we will see the real impact in the long term in our pockets and our house
by using these magic gdiapers
7.- We are already green…we use a hybrid vehicle in our house…so to remain green won’t be swet.
8.- We support everything that envolves to help our planet
we only have one …the one we live on.
9.- We would love to evangelize the gdiaper brand around our community to spread the benefits!
10.- We can always send you a picture (s) of our baby using the gdiaper and showing the impact.

I used a combination of a diaper services, cloth wash-at-home diapers, and disposables with my daughter. I recently sold my cloth diapers and would like to win this to give to another friend who is pregnant. I know she will want to use an environmentally responsible choice for her child and this may help her choose one. Thanks!

I’d like to win this as I’ve been thinking about trying cloth diapers but have been a little intimidated by the cost and selection that’s out there. I’d hate to buy a whole stash just to find out I don’t like them or they don’t work for us. If I win this I get to try three different kids! How wonderful!

My teacher aide is 25 and having her third baby. Her husband has a master’s degree and works nights at Meijer’s putting cans on shelves. Clarissa is pregnant with their third child. Her brother has Down’s syndrome and lives with them. She works with me at a school for adults with disabllities called Noorthoek Academy in Michigan. Both have side jobs. They are very interested in reducing their carbon footprint. These diapers could be one way they can do that! Thanks!

I wish I had learned about how great cloth was earlier, I was introduced to it a week before my daughter potty trained. But my sister just gave birth last week to her second boy, thats 2 kids under 2 both in diapers. I talked to her about cloth, but they can not afford to invest a lump sum at one time. I would love to help her but I am in a tight spot as well. She really needs a helping hand, please help me help her. Thanks

My husband and I are expecting our first child next month, and have decided (long before we even got pregnant) that we are going to be eco-friendly parents, and use cloth diapers. When we first learned about GDiapers, we were ecstatic. It was exactly what I was looking for, and exactly like the founders of the company, we, too, were looking for alternatives to disposable. We returned from a trip from New Zealand, and witnessed nature at its finest, but saddened by its fast deterioration. We spoke extensively to environmentalists and were saddened by what our lifestyles have encouraged (expectations of convenience and instant gratification), the lack of awareness (putting trash out on the curb and not worrying about what happens to it – the whole “out of sight out of mind” mentality), and the whole “turning a blind eye” to the waste that our society produces (mostly packaging) -basically what our society has become accustomed to, including the use of disposable diapers. I know we are only one couple in the whole world, but I refuse to be one that says “oh, we’re only one couple, what’s the difference?!” We will do what little we can do to contribute positively to the environment, and set a good example for generations to follow -after all, it is THEIR future. Already, we are minimalists, recyclers, and conservationists. This was a no-brainer for us. In fact, not only have we posted a plethora of information regarding Gdiapers and cloth diapers on our personal blog, but we have also sent emails and newsletters and links out to our friends who have children, or are expecting, just to spread the word about these flushable alternatives. Feedback has been positive so far, and we would like to continue advocating the product, which is why we would be ecstatic to win this contest, and continue to spread the good word. In these harsh economic times, winning this contest would not only help us get started, but also give us something to rave about and to continue encouraging the use of this great product -hopefully start a new cloth/flushable diaper trend among all the new parents in our community (6 of our neighbors/friends are pregnant and all expecting this year and we also know countless new parents as of this past year). I would love to win these diapers for many reasons; we just made the switch over to cloth after reading up on better ways to better your environment and with me staying at home it just makes since that I can wash a poo out of a diaper vs. throwing poo away. I want to win this as a gift to my sister-in-law upon the birth of her and my brother’s first child. What better way to encourage them to be environmentally friendly?

I’ve really wanted to make the switch to cloth but just have been a bit afraid to. I think gdiapers would be a great starting point into cloth diapers. And the diaper covers are amazingly cute. I also think that having a few cloth to try would be so fun. well as fun as poop in a diaper can be.

My eco chic friend is due to her first baby soon (a girl). My friend tries to live a life with very little carbon foot print, and your product is perfect for that. This mom-to-be is very active, and the great green diaper would allow her to continue her outdoors outings without the fear of compromising for regular disposable diapers.

Here’s my two cents.

I would love to win the G Diapers starter kit for my 8 month old son (size medium). He would be so appreciative to be using a product that will not harm the planet. From birth we are trying teach him that the cradle to cradle approach to life. By winning this kit we will be able to teach our little guy a real life example that someone his age can relate to. He is such a charmer and would also love to be the future poster boy for G Diapers. Thank you for this opportunity to be a more responsible parent.

Though my husband and I really want to have children, financially and ecologically we’re just not sure that we or the earth can afford them. We decided that when we do have children, reusable diapers are definitely theWe figure we can’t talk the talk to our friends about making choices to live lighter on the earth if we won’t walk the walk and actually live out those choices ourselves. Winning these diapers would restore my faith that a child can be raised in an ecofriendly (and chemical/plastic/bleach free) way. Is it really possible? Can you raise a child with minimum exposure to chemicals and a minimum waste footprint?

I read about G-Diapers when they first launched and thought that I would love to use them when I eventually had kids- after all, how could you not. My son is almost 2 and is a Pampers baby (although his favorite activity is recycling!).
He was born a little early and I had not properly readied myself. I’m now expecting my second baby in May and I would love to get it right this time. It would be so awesome if I could try out all the different kinds and then choose the one that’s right for us. Please- help me make up for my Pampers sins!!!

I’m entering this for my brother and sister-in-law. They have two of the most beautiful babies (think perfect gerber baby). With my commitment to sustainability, I want to help them get started. I want my nephews to grow up understanding that even their cute tiny tushes can make an impact!

OMG! My friend just adopted a beautiful Ethiopian baby and she is heading over next week to meet her baby for the first time and bring her home. She’ll be there for two weeks and has to bring all her own supplies so these flushable green diapers are just the ticket to minimize the number of luggage she has to take over. Brilliant!

The g diapers are awesome, as they are flushable or decompose in 5 days if thrown in the garbage, compared to 500 years with the regular diapers!!
I want the best for my son and the environment and the G diaper is the way to go!
